Grace’s Artichoke Dip

INGREDIENTS:
3 large cloves garlic
1 small jar marinated artichoke hearts
about 1/3 of an 8 oz. package light cream cheese
about ½ cup of light or regular mayonnaise
about ½ cup finely shredded Asiago Cheese
Finely chop garlic and artichoke in food processor. Add rest of ingredients and blend. Allow to rest for at least ½ an hour and serve with flat bread or crackers.
