Basic Pizza Dough

Temperature: preheat to 450 F.
Time: about 15 minutes with topping
Yield: 2 standard pizza crusts
3/4 cups + 2 Tablespoons lukewarm water
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons Yeast

Add ingredients in the order they appear. Put on Pizza Dough setting. Divide into 2 balls and drop 1 ball into each well oiled pizza pan and press down to the edges to fill pan. Top as desire and bake.
