Mom's Rice Pudding

Time and Temperature: 350 F, 1 hour
Yield: serves about 6 people
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups milk
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups rice (cooked)
nutmeg
1/3 cup sugar
1teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup raisins
cinnamon
Bring milk to a boil, add sugar and vanilla. heat slightly. Add eggs and beat. Pour over cooked rice. Add raisins and spinkle with spices. Bake 1 hour.

Note: This is a lovely, easy dessert. something to do with leftover rice and also works pretty well as breakfast.
