| INGREDIENTS: |

|
1/2 cup oil
4 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted (= to 1/4 cup marg. + 6 heaping Tablespoons of cocoa)
2 cups sugar
4 eggs

2 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup icing sugar |
| INSTRUCTIONS: |

| Mix oil, chocolate and sugar. Blendin one egg at a time. Add vanilla. Stir flour, baking powder and salt into oil mixture. chill several hours. Heat oven to 350 F Drop balls into icing sugar. bake 10 - 12 minutes on greased baking sheet. |
