Vienniese Shortbread

Time and Temperature: 375 F - 7 min
1 cup butter
1/2 cup sifted confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
Moka Filling:
2/3 cups sifted icing sugar
2 Tbsp. soft butter
1 tsp. powdered instant coffee
1 tsp boiling water
Bake on ungreased pans in 3" long strips. Put together with Moka filling and dip one end in melted chocolate.

Moka Filling
mix icing sugar and butter and coffee disolved in water until fluffy.
