Time and Temperature: 350 F. bake for 20-25 min

INGREDIENTS: |

|
3/4 cups + 2 Tablespoons warm water
1 medium egg (room temperature)
1 1/2 Tablespoons cooking oil of choice
3Tablespoons powdered milk
1 1/2 Tablespoons sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast

Filling:
1/4 cup melted butter
cinnamon
brown sugar (can use white if you like)
raisins (optional) |
INSTRUCTIONS |
Add dough ingredients to bread machine in the order they appear. Mix on dough setting 1 1/2 lb.When dough is ready dump onto an oiled surface and flatten with hands and then roller to about 1/8 inch thick. Sprinkle liberally with cinnamon, then pour on butter and spread out evenly. then sprinkle sugar evenly over the surface. Roll and then cut across into about 14 even sections. Place into round cake pans. Bake and turn over onto plates as soon as ready to get a nice glazed surface.

Note: lovely and not too decadant though you can make a richer dough using a large egg and melted butter instead of oil for the dough. |
