3 Tbsp. powdered milk
2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. honey
2 tsp. salt

1 cup whole wheat or graham flour
2 ½ cups bread flour
¾ cup multi grain cereal
1 ¼ tsp. yeast |

Set on whole grain, 2 lb. loaf, light grain
or baked in either one large or 2 small loafs at 375 Deg. F. for 40 - 50 minutes |
