Bake at 400 F then 300 F

Note: wonderful bread sticks. we used to dunk these in tea, even sip the tea right through them like straws at Omi's house. I'm not sure if this recipe is originally hers since Palitos De Pan is Spanish for bread sticks. Christine Unger |
INGREDIENTS: |

1 cup milk
2/3 cup margarine
1 Tablespoon yeast
2 teaspoons salt |
|
2 eggs
enough flour to make a stiff dough (about 5 cups) |

mix as a regular yeast dough. let rise 1/2 hour. roll palitos. Bake at 400 F until light brown. Bat 300 F until crisp. |
