Buttermilk Pancakes

INGREDIENTS
1 egg
and enough buttermilk to make 1 cup
2 Tablespoons oil

1 cup flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt


INSTRUCTIONS
Mix together dry ingredients. Beat together wet ingredients. Add dry to wet and mix til dry is just barely incorporated.
Note: Add blueberries or bananas for fun and if you're feeling health motivated substitute one Tablespoon of flour for a Tablespoon of Oat Bran.
