| INGREDIENTS |

| 1 Tablespoon chopped onion |
|
1 Tablespoon + 1 Teaspoon Lim juice or rice vinegar |
| 1 large clove of garlic |
|
2 Tablespoons light brown sugar |
| 1 or 2 jalapeno chilies, seeded |
|
1 teaspoon molasses |
| 1 Tablespoon vegetable or Peanut oil |
|
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter |
| 2 1/2 Tablespoons soya sauce |
|
1/4 teaspoon cayene pepper |

| INSTRUCTIONS |

| Place onions, garlic, chilies, oil, soy sauce and lime juice in blender. Blend til smooth. Whisk in remaining ingredients. serve with chinese dumplings or breaded tofu with a salad. |
