Apple Bavarian Pie

Time and Temperature:450 F. for 10 min. then reduce heat to 400 F. and bake 30 min. more.
Yield: 1 9-inch pie
Note: This is basically a quick and easy cheesecake that's almost impossible to mess up. it looks great and tastes even better.
INGREDIENTS:
1 pre-baked 9 inch pie shell

Filling: 1 8oz pkg. cream cheese (250g)
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 t. vanilla
Topping:
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 t. cinnamon
4 cups cored,peeled, sliced apples
Beat together cream cheese, 1/4 c. sugar, egg & vanilla. Pour into baked pie shell, combine apples, 1/3 c. sugar & cinnamon. Arrange on top.

Bake in oven at 450 degrees farenheit for 10 min. then reduce heat to 400 degrees and bake 30 min. more.
