Bake at 350 F.

INGREDIENTS: |

2 cup sugar
3/4 cup cocoa
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 3/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt

|
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup milk (or use buttermilk or sourcream)
2 eggs, beaten til fluffy
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup oil |

|
Combine dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients except boiling water. Beat 2 minutes. Stir in boiling water. Pour into pans. |
