INGREDIENTS:
1 cup butter (room temperature)
1 1/4 cup dark brown sugar, packed
1 1/2 eggs
1/4 cup & 2 T. molasses
2 1/4 c flour
2 T. ginger
3/4 t. cinnamon
3/4 t. baking soda
1/4 t. salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
cream butter and sugar. add eggs. add molasses. sift together dry ingredients and mix in to butter mix.
