INGREDIENTS: |

1/4 cup + 2 T butter
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg (large, not extra large)
1/4 t. vanilla |
|
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 t. b. powder
1/4 t. salt |
INSTRUCTIONS: |
|
|
cream butter and sugar. add egg and vanilla til smooth. sift together dry ingredients and gradually add to wet mix. cover and chill at least one hour. fine to keep in the fridge over night. roll out nice and thin bake on ungreased pans. |
