INGREDIENTS: |

3/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
3 Tablespoons chocolate chips |

1 medium egg
1 banana
2 Tablespoons olive oil
2 Tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |

Sift together dry ingredients and then stir in chocolate chips. Mash banana, add egg, oil, sugar and vanilla and beat together. Add dry ingredients. Mix till no wet shows. |
Note: The reduction of fat and sugar in this recipe actually makes these muffins a lot more tasty. |
